I had already stitched Earthdancer when Spiritdancer came out, so of course I wanted to do the companion piece. Since I had stitched Earthdancer on 32-count linen, I needed to do the same with Spiritdancer. Another beading nightmare ensued as I had be juggle beads and adjust the pattern to make everything fit. But I'm delighted with the result.

My only other comment - if you want to stitch either Earthdancer or Spiritdancer, DO NOT USE 32-COUNT LINEN. :-)

I simplified the design by thinning out the trees in behind the figure until it looked less heavy.
